Big Cows, Big Food

Fiska-Molle came by the other day.

It's the big truck which comes to unload feed for the animals into the cow house. There's a huge sack on the roof of the cow house and the pipe running along the side brings delivers the food to the sack where it's stored for use to feed the hungry cows. (Recall post on Cow house where i mentioned how the feed comes falling down from the ceiling... here's why!)

As you can see from the relaxing driver in the corner. 4000kg of feed does take a while to unload.

Now i keep thinking the roof is gonna collapse and bury me in tonnes of animal feed.

Bet the cows in the cow house would love that.

Oh yah and see the red cow house wall facing the man? the one with the white sign at the bottom right corner. I took one afternoon to paint the bottom half of it. On a really really shaky ladder. Coz of the good weather, summer is the best and only time to paint. So lined up on the task list is more paint jobs.

So it's gonna be more shaky ladders and red arms...
